Israel Adesanya
Israel Adesanya, known for his uncanny personality and fashion sense, along with his elite striking skills, created quite a stir on Twitter with his latest post. The 33-year-old took a dig at the left-cancel culture mob, surprising everyone, as he questioned the intelligence of a group of “woke” women. The clip, evidently taken from a podcast, saw the host pose a simple question to the group of women as they mumbled around, struggling to form an answer.
The question here was what many in the tweet thread felt was a very simple one – “What is a woman?” Seeing the visible effort that took for them to find any coherent answer, even the former middleweight champ wondered why the women looked so “shook to answer what they are?”

Israel Adesanya’s bold tweet creates a stir on Twitter
Looking at the cultural and political landscape that many countries are in right now, this clip certainly doesn’t come as a surprise. Yet, Adesanya felt it was quite a weird phenomenon when a woman decides not to agree with the definition of what a woman is. And of course, the main reason for this is the cancel culture that is so prevalent which the women in the clip could have been worried about.
How are a room full of women so shook to answer what they are? 😂 https://t.co/CzUpslhN75

Former UFC fighter Jake Shields was one of the first to respond to Adesanya’s tweet. Fans who are familiar with the American’s political leanings, understand that he is quite active on the micro-blogging site.
They don’t want to be called Transphobic 😂

Nobody talks freely anymore. Everyone is suppose to be perfect. Dry. It’s actually easier to trust people who say how they really feel.

A lady in response pointed out that a real woman would have confidently responded to the question.
A room full of *girls*. That’s the problem. Let me tell you if it was a room full of “women” we would tell you exactly what a woman is.

Someone accused them of being a part of the cancel culture.
They are part of the left cancelling mob.

World is fucked, be who you want to be! I'm all for that but it's a pretty simple question isn't it?

Another individual dubbed it a rare W for Adesanya. Clearly an Alex Pereira fan.
Rare W Jizzy, unfortunately Poaton will send you to the shadow realm pretty soon

Thus, social media users had a lot to say. While Adesanya is currently active online, he is also busy preparing for an important fight.
Israel Adesanya prepares for a rematch against Alex Pereira at UFC 287
Speaking of Alex Pereira, the Brazilian is all set to defend his title against Adesanya next month after winning it off the New Zealander with a shocking fifth-round KO back at UFC 281. For Adesanya, this is an extremely crucial fight, as a loss here would mean a total of four setbacks against the same opponent. This naturally has led to fans deeming ‘Poatan’ as his ‘kryptonite’, which the 33-year-old would want to prove wrong on April 9.

What’s more disappointing for Stylebender’ is the fact that he was coasting to a win the last time they fought. Technically picking apart Pereira during the fight, people watching it felt that he had finally found an answer to his old nemesis. Yet even after displaying superiority in terms of movement and skill, he ended up getting KO’d by Pereira’s unnaturally powerful hands.

But a win here could help the former middleweight champ finally redeem himself after suffering multiple losses to the Brazilian.
