The UFC is home to the best fighters on the planet. Even the promotion of a UFC fight has a good eye for picking out talent and providing them a platform such as Dana White’s contender series. Even the cards that are brought up in UFC are thought out by Dana White and his team. Twenty-seven-year-old Bo Nickal’s rise in the UFC has been nothing short of remarkable and White has noticed him. In his short career, he has already achieved an undefeated 5-0 record.

Even Joe Rogan who has consistently supported him, now appears to have some doubts along with his friends. Let’s explore the reasons why.

‘Borz’ had marked his entry into the UFC through the contender series. He debuted with a match against Zachary Borego and secured a victory in the first round. Now the fighter is unstoppable in the UFC even though he only started professional training in 2021. Previously, Joe Rogan was impressed and exclaimed, “That’s insane.” This time, he secured a main card spot in UFC 300 against Khamzat Chimaev. However, it seems like Nickal tried to criticize his opponent, as he has called out Chimaev on several occasions.

Meanwhile, Joe Rogan who has always had a good word for him recently doubted his main card entry. He asked during his latest podcast, “Isn’t it crazy that you got Bo Nickal who’s only had how many MMA fights?” Din Thomas replied, “4 or 5 maybe,” and Rogan replied, “And he’s on the main card!” Rogan even had Nickal come into his podcast and they announced his UFC 300 fight. However, he seems to be doubting his main card against Chimaev who has 13-0 while Nickal has 5-0.

This is when Din brought up how Nickal insulted Chimaev. He said, “Here is my thing with him man. I think he’s gonna be a great fighter for sure. I don’t like how he talks about already accomplished fighters who have been through it. He is like ‘Oh me and Khamzat will be an easy fight …’ I’m like dude you got 4 fights and you got help with those fights.”
