Her father had a rare blood disorder, which meant that he was unable to heal his broken back. Due to this, he took his own life, which left the family devastated.

Joe during the podcast said, “There was so much emotions attached to that because of the shit that she had said about suicide and connecting to your father and all that shit and you knowing you as long as I’ve had and having daughters. It was so emotional for me.

“That was the closest I’ve ever come to crying. I might cry now. While I was interviewing somebody. Because it’s just, it was so intense. It was also like, I really knew that I was seeing history” , he further added.

Rogan calls Rousey a unique example for women

The UFC commentator was full of respect for ‘Rowdy’. Moreover, he hails her as a source of inspiration for women across the globe who are going through a tough times.

He said, “It’s not, it’s not just sport. It’s like, you’re this very unique example for other women. Like that’s never existed before. There’s never been a female combat sports athlete like you.

Rousey since has gone to lift her standards even more with her accomplishments with the WWE and raising the roof despite her struggles.
