Jorge Masvidal Likes What He Sees As Disrespectful Guy Making Crass Comments Get Handled by a MMA-Trained Teenager in a Street Fight

The fan-favorite UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal is waiting for his next UFC fight. The ‘Gamebred’ last stepped inside the Octagon at UFC 272 against Colby Covington. Unfortunately for his fans, the Florida-born fighter lost the bout on the scorecard that went the distance.

Although MMA fans eagerly wait to see the ‘Gamebred’ return to the ring and are already speculating about his next opponent, the MMA fighter is keeping his followers entertained, albeit distinctly.

Masvidal recently shared a video on his social media handle that covered a street fight. The fight clearly reflected the popular phrase- the size of the dog in the fight doesn’t matter.

What did Jorge Masvidal share?

Jorge Masvidal can boast of an engaging Facebook account. While his Facebook account has fun and engaging content that he shares, the MMA fighter also doesn’t shy away from hot takes. The theme of all the shared content revolves around combat sports and relates to it in one way or another. Thus, the fans call him ‘Jim likes what he sees.’

In one of his recently shared videos, Masvidal shared a street fight incident. At the first glance, the fight looked like a typical David vs Goliath scenario between two teenagers. One of the teenagers was a jacked Afro-American and anyone watching the fight on the sidelines would have bet on him for the win.

However, as soon as the brawl started, the tables turned, and the jacked teenager found himself on the ground, struggling to get up. It turned out that the David of the fight, a skinny guy, was a trained MMA fighter.

Soon the big guy realized his mistake and was playing catch up. Moreover, his opponent also fended off any attempt at intervention. Evidently, the result of the brawl- David submitted Goliath in a choke and sent him to sleep.

The ‘Gamebred’ was shocked to see the fight and aptly captioned the shared post, “I train #UFC everyday homie!” 😲😲😲”

While everyone loves a street fight, the video made fans realize that MMA training is worth the shot and disrespecting someone is not the way to move ahead.

Why it caught Masvidal’s attention?

The video captured Jorge Masvidal’s attention as Masvidal himself is a person who doesn’t take disrespect lightly and believes in returning the favor. There are a couple of incidents that back this up.

The first incident happened during his post-fight interview at UFC Fight Night 147. In the middle of his interview, Leon Edwards interrupted him and asked for a fight. However, Masvidal didn’t find it amusing and, as a result, unleashed a barrage of bare-knuckle punches.

A similar incident happened when ‘Gamebred’ got involved in a street fight with Colby Covington. Both the fighters were scheduled to fight at UFC 272 and during the build-up to the fight, Covington made the mistake of disrespecting Masvidal’s family.

Sticking to his usual reputation, Masvidal has some popular online street fighting videos. In one of those, fans can spot him competing in the backyard of Kimbo Slice. Kimbo Slice is a pioneer in the world of street and backyard fighting.
