The tragic incident shook the community to the core because of the dreadful tale of how it occurred. Marlow lost his life as a hero after he tried to protect himself and his partner from a dreadful crime. But, tragically gave his life at the tender age of 30. Fans expressed their views on the tragic demises and reflected on how it all went down. The year just brought more awful news toward the end.

MMA fans pay respects to braveheart, Tanner Marlow

Fans express their heartfelt condolences to the friends and family of Light Heavyweight fighter, Tanner Marlow, who was shot on December 24th. Fans also commended his act of bravery to save his girlfriend from suffering the same fate. Because he prevented the shooter from causing further damage.

One Reddit user wrote, “Story says he lost his life defending his girlfriend from her ex, who was doing a home invasion and forced his way inside. Dude laid it down in defense of another. Respect. She probably wouldn’t be alive if it weren’t for him.” To give due credit to the brave MMA fighter.

A tragedy in Bakersfield

Iridium Sports Agency paid respects to their client, Tanner Marlow, after he lost his life in a shootout on December 24th, in Bakersfield, California. They respected his memory as an up-and-coming prospect, who could’ve achieved a great status as an MMA fighter. But, MMA fans will fondly remember his memory as a brave fighter, on and off the Octagon.

The tribulation followed after Jacob Malena, an estranged boyfriend of Marlow’s girlfriend, forced his way into their home. And confronted the pair, which resulted in a shooting, and the two men lost their life. However, Marlow ensured the safety of his girlfriend, who was scarred by the traumatic incident.
