Bantamweight rising star, Sean O’Malley had a contrasting take on this situation. Because he believes that Ngannou‘s exit from the UFC, is a huge mistake on his part. Especially, to leave the stage without fighting his biggest opponent yet, Jon Jones. And assumes the way forward is steep for the former heavyweight champion.

But, all fans saw this coming for a long time. Since, Ngannou never failed to express his discontentment with his contract, even after he became a champion of his division. However, most fans speculate that Ngannou will eventually look toward the PFL promotion for a contract.
