UFC Head honcho, Dana White possibly had the worst start to the new year. As White was involved in a straightforward case of spousal abuse at a new year’s party in Cabo San Lucas nightclub. They seemingly got into a fight after White said something, but got a slap from his better half, Anne White, in return. Because of that slap, the UFC boss got infuriated and raised his hand in a drunk state, without a second thought. This incident caused a tremendous commotion on social media. However, UFC fans are more shocked to see a notable sports journalist’s attempt to cover up his buddy’s deliberate mistake.

Smith also pointed out that White needs to be punished. Just like any other man, who made the same mistake and said “we have to maintain consistency in pointing out, you do not put your hands on a woman if you are a man,”

And added, “Dana White knows that. All I can say is that again, he has spoken out against men who put their hands on women before, and whatever punishment you would exact under these circumstances to somebody else is what he should apply to himself.”
