Rogan credits this vast amount of knowledge to the massive library of books that he uploaded into his brain. Because books are a fundamental tool to gain knowledge, more than any other form of media. However, today, people are more interested in accepting knowledge from apps like TikTok. Instead of taking the hard route, of going through a long book. Even ‘Punisher’ Actor Jon Bernthal had a point in his life when reading changed his life for the better.
Joe Rogan believes books are crucial for human beings

Many might argue that books aren’t as accessible as films or even shorter content, that are readily available. He argued that books require discipline, but are an unbelievable resource that everyone must utilize.

But people flock towards the more easily processed content, such as TikTok videos. Rather than work for their adrenaline and read books. The podcast host even recommended a book that changed his life.
Jon Bernthal shared the best advice he got
Marvel Actor Jon Bernthal realized the importance of books through an incident. Back then, he wasn’t into the habit of reading. But, a teacher from Russia gave him some advice, which changed his life for the better.
Bernthal shared “they’re like ‘from this moment on. Never let there be another day where you’re not reading a book.”
