‘Mystic Mac’ is one of the few fighters in the realm of UFC who has never missed weights in his entire career. It can be attributed to his team, specifically his nutritionist. Recently, ‘ESFancast’ has had the privilege to host McGregor’s nutritionist, Tristan Kennedy, in a podcast.
While in the conversation at the EssentiallySports exclusive, our host, Noah Lack, asked Kennedy about his opinion on McGregor’s best weight class. Kennedy was swift to answer Lack’s question. Like, you know, if you were to ask me what his perfect weight class is now, again, I allude to what I answered there about any weight class.”

He further added, “So, whatever weight class, I have always said it before because he is training, and he can go through whatever weight class he wants to go. You know, it would be nice to see him again at 155. I would have no problem seeing him at 170 either. Hell, he could even go to 185. That’s the type of skill set he has, that’s the type of man he is.”
