Paulo Costa has dropped another hint for his love ‘T’. The Brazilian fighter has seized headlines since the last week, albeit for different reasons. He has sparked the fans’ interest ever since he posted a picture with a fellow UFC fighter, Tracy Cortez. The rumors soon engulfed the UFC star as fans sensed a new romance brewing in the town. While the fans poked fun at the fighter, the rumors clearly didn’t sit well with his long-term girlfriend, Tamara Alves. ‘Borrachinha’ has therefore come up with a comical method to make amends.

Notably, the middleweight fighter this past Friday posted a selfie with Brian Ortega’s ex-girlfriend. He followed it with an X-rated picture that fans theorized belonged to Cortez. The buzz surrounding Costa and Cortez compelled the 32-year-old to issue a clarification and specified the reason behind their selfie. While that might have laid the fans’ doubts to rest, he went a step further to prove his love for Alves.

The 14-2 record holder turned to his popular Twitter handle and shared a couple of images of himself. In the first picture, he had painted the inside of his lower lip with the letter ‘T’ and a red heart. Further, in the second image, he made a heart shape with his hands and tagged Alves.

He captioned, “Morning and love ❤️ Paulo and T @Tamaraalves2”.

How did the MMA fans react to Costa’s post?

While some fans believed Alves forced Costa into the gesture, others still believed the ‘T’ signified Tracy.

One fan pointed out the minute detail of Costa’s broken hand and put the onus on Alves.

A couple of tweets speculated Alves pushed Costa to post the pictures.

Some fans believed the MMA fighter fooled them and ‘T’ meant Tracy.

A series of comments maintained the previous week’s picture with Cortez put Costa in trouble.

Someone noted Costa had upset his girlfriend.

Costa and Alves first met in 2013 before the #6 ranked middleweight had achieved UFC fame. Since then, the pair have been thick and thin in every difficult phase of their life. Moreover, after dropping two fights on the trot, he turned to Alves and made her his manager. Following this, he returned to the winner’s column when he defeated Luke Rockhold at UFC 258.

Costa faces Ikram Aliskerov next on July 29 at the Delta Center, Salt Lake City at UFC 291.
