T.J Dillashaw is an American UFC fighter. The 36-year-old fighter is a former two-time bantamweight champion. ‘Lieutenant Dan’ recently acknowledged his contemporary fighter, Conor McGregor. Claiming The Irishman to have attained the legend status during his time as a UFC fighter.

T.J Dillashaw brands Conor McGregor as a Legend

T.J Dillashaw is a former two-time bantamweight Champion. ‘Lieutenant Dan’ is currently doing interviews ahead of his clash against current Bantamweight champion, Aljamain Sterling. While Sterling is busy talking about the likes of Andrew Tate and defending his social media downfall, Dillashaw is keeping it real.

When asked about his relationship with former UFC Rival, Conor McGregor, Dillashaw saysThe guy’s too f***ing busy, I’m sure,

He explains how he took shots at The Irishman back when they were competing together, saying “At the beginning of my career, I liked to hate on him because I was the champion at the time and he was trying to make his way up.”

But also confesses “He’s a legend at what he’s been able to do through the sport as well as in business.” His true feeling towards the 34-year-old UFC fighter.

Back in the day, Conor McGregor famously accused ‘Lieutenant Dan’ of being a “snake in the grass”. Dillashaw used to practice at TAM (Team Alpha Male) with his trainer Duane Ludwig during that time in his career.

But soon, Ludwig and Urijah Faber developed differing views that escalated into a heated argument. Dillashaw eventually, chose to leave TAM and train with Ludwig.

But, there are no hard feelings towards The Irishman for T.J Dillashaw. ‘Lieutenant Dan’ talks about how big the former two-division champion has become, including his businesses. He says, “That’s the point of this whole game; to line your pockets, and he’s done a very good job of that! It is what it is when it comes to staying on top and for how long.

The fighter mentions the incredible achievements of Conor McGregor despite his lows, saying “I mean, there’s a lot of great fighters in the UFC and he’s got some holes that have been exposed, but he’s still on top of the f**ing world. He’s got a Lamborghini yacht, he’s f**ing rolling deep.”
