At UFC 300 Justin Gaethje is poised to defend his BMF title against Max Holloway. ‘Blessed’ is yet to be knocked out in his career, and will be a formidable challenger for Gaethje. Though the fight between the two could be a fierce battle, the recent UFC 300 presser witnessed a wholesome moment between Gaethje and Holloway. This led to fans being undecided when it came to these two fighting each other as they thought they were two “nice dudes.”

The two will face each other on April 13 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. During their faceoff, the two shared a light-hearted moment and even hugged each other.

During the UFC 300 Q&A, Justin Gaethje and Max Holloway engaged in a face-off. As they approached each other, Holl͏oway humorously made a fake pantsing attempt, mimicking the ͏incident from 2017 when Gaethje accidentally lifted the towel and exposed Holloway during a weigh-in ahead of UFC 218.

Justin Gaethje wanted the lightweight title fight but Dana White had other plans for him. Now, Gaethje has to defend his ‘BMF’ belt against Max Holloway. Dramatic enough? However, this might work in favor of ‘The Highlight’ as a win against Hollway can work as a direct ticket for Gaethje toward the lightweight gold.

“Like in, all four of us have a chance to stand out. There’s gonna be two clear contenders. And I will, you know, be one of those (to) come out. Whether it’s June, October, I will be ready to fight Islam Makhachev. He’s been calling me out, I’m not sure why that’s not happening but I gotta fight Max Holloway now, my life does not exist after April 13th at this point.” said Gaethje at the UFC 300 Q&A.
