Most of you probably know why UFC athletes manage their diet and hydrate themselves. They also have gruelling weight transitions and it can be hard on the body. UFC fighters sometimes struggle to get to a certain weight for their fights and some of the weight is dependent on the water content in the body. UFC fighters like Leon EdwardsAlexander Volkanovski, and Israel Adesanya can maintain their weight easily. Their hidden ingredient is Prime and now Jamahal Hill was also seen drinking the same energy drink.

Hill watering up to make weight for Alex Pereira

The Reddit post showed Jamahal Hill drinking a Prime energy drink, and the caption read, “Hill has been beating all these Brazilians, beat Walker, beat Santos, beat Glover, now Pereira up next.” UFC 300 has already reviewed the main event fight between Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill for the light heavyweight title. Dana White is not keeping any stone unturned for this edition and collaborated with KSI and Logan Paul to launch a special edition of Prime for the match. There is a new flavor of the drink out ahead of UFC 300.

‘Sweet Dreams’ was seen preparing for the fight with the Prime drink in hand. However, his stomach bulged up probably due to the water retention which he would probably shred later on. Logan Paul even signed featherweight champion Alex Volkanovski and middleweight champion Israel Adesanya for his company. However, fans were not happy about it because of reports suggesting that Prime may be bad for one’s health.

This time too, the fans came into the comments on the post and gave their verdict about the fighter and his hydration choice.

Jamahal Hill warned by fans

As soon as the post was up, the fans only had one advice for him and that was to not endorse Prime. One fan was concerned about his weight and spoke about the energy drink.

“I hope he’s drinking Fight Milk, he’s looking a little round.”

Another fan recalled what happened with Volk and Izzy with Prime and warned Hill about the same fate. Meanwhile, one follower commented on the other UFC fighters Hill defeated earlier.

“Fighters that got sponsored by Prime haven’t had the best luck: Izzy and Volk. Put the Prime down Hill or do us a favor and get sponsored by them by next Saturday.”

“Walker sucks, Santos is a cripple, glovers old.”

One fan commented on his physique and called him ‘fat’ while others were concerned due to the water weight Hill was visibly retaining.

“It’s pretty sad I saw two Hill posts recently and immediately knew the same person posted them without looking.”

“I’ve always said he’s just a fat middleweight and those 2 thumbs-up tattoos are the worst tattoos in the UFC.”

“How is he so fat? Water weight?”

Do you think this happened because of Prime, or is this temporary weight that will be shed off before the match?
