Jon Jones has a big fight coming

During his appearance in the JAXXON Podcast, ‘Rampage’ spoke about the upcoming fight of Jones with Tom Aspinall, and along with that, he teased incredible news. This news soon spread like wildfire and even ‘Champion Rounds’ picked it up. He said, With all due respect, I’ve got to tell you all something. Pretty soon, there is going to be some news about Jon Jones. It’ll be really big and it’s going to shock the whole MMA community. I’m just going to leave it at that.”

Bones put more fuel to the fire as well by Tweeting a cryptic message recently stating, Even though it’s flattering to be begged, I’m done with the distractions. Got the biggest fight of my life coming up. Bones unfortunately missed his fight with Stipe Miocic due to his shoulder injury but now he is back and has the chance to go head-to-head with Aspinall. 

After much waiting, the fight is about to happen but along with that this new development has also taken the UFC world by storm. On top of this news, there was another rumor going around that Bones might retire!

Is Jon Jones retiring? 

Previously there was a chat revealed by a fan that talked about the news of Jones’ retirement. The 36-year-old is at the very end of his career with limited bouts left in his bag. However, the heavyweight champion wants to take Aspinall into the octagon. Previously he was supposed to take Stipe Miocic but experienced an injury just before the bout.

However, amid the excitement, there was one solemn news that declared that Jones might be retiring after this fight. The chat details were not completely clear however it hinted that there was a probable retirement in the cards. One of the texts from Jones read, I’ve already agreed to make $15 million my next fight… hell yeah bro, I’m about to beat up this old man. And right off into the sunset. Meanwhile, Jones has come forth to talk about this and recently he came on Twitter to announce that he would be attempting to break his record on November 9th. The fans are expecting him to retire after the Miocic fight but he is busy firing shots at Aspinall and seems to be ready to take on both the fighters. The fight between Miocic and Jones in November is coming after much delay and both figures have been training for the better part of the year.
