  • Gotta love Magny’s honesty
  • I think we’re way past the point of doubting if Khamzat is the real deal or not.
  • For some reason there’s still a lot of people who act like he isn’t as good as he is
  • Burns put Usman on his ass lol
  • Burns is easily Khamzat’s worst matchup at WW outside of maybe Usman. So I agree w you 100% people just aren’t looking at it objectively
  • Magny will f*ck around and find out with any WW on the planet.
  • Dude will fight anyone at anytime, not a lot of fighters like that nowadays.
  • Dude is legit humble and I hate that most fighters won’t admit this sort of thing.
  • Damn dude is honest.

Many users appreciated a candid reaction from ‘The Haitian sensation’. Because he genuinely meant every word and didn’t feel envied by Borz’s talents. However, fans also spoke about his next match-up against Gilbert Burns.

Neil Magny is set to face Gilbert Burns at UFC 283 on 22nd Jan at the Jeunesse Arena, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. So, he faced Chimaev at a gym to train for his upcoming fight. He initially mistook him for a ‘sweet wolf’ but found out the damage he can output.

Magny said “Oh, 100% [I still want the Chimaev fight]. We had a slight opportunity to train in New York and the guy is definitely the real deal. The best way I can explain it is, ‘I f*cked around and found out.’ Khamzat is definitely the real deal.”

Therefore, feels better that he didn’t take on ‘Borz’ earlier in his career. Because he would’ve underestimated his abilities.
