Georges St-Pierre is one of the greatest MMA athletes of all time. The UFC Hall of Famer is the former two-division champion of the sport. The Canadian-born holds some of the biggest records in the UFC.
However, GSP retired from professional fighting in 2017. He was on an amazing thirteen-fight undefeated streak when he parted ways with the UFC. ‘Rush’ is currently 40-years-old and even after retiring from the sport, he keeps himself in good shape.
GSP does this by exercising and training on a regular basis. The UFC legend frequently posts his training videos on his social media accounts for his fans. Recently, he posted a video of himself taking a cold bath for muscles recovering on his official Instagram account.

In the video, GSP said, “Athletes One good thing that I have here that I don’t have in Florida is my nature ice bath. However, I think the beach made me soft, and that’s what I am about to find out.”

Interestingly, Georges St-Pierre looks sharp in the video and he didn’t even flinch once entering the water at such a cold temperature. He was one of the toughest fighters to enter the UFC octagon.
GSP has competed against some of the best fighters during his time in the UFC. However, recently, ‘Rush’ revealed one of the toughest opponents he faced in his career.
Georges St-Pierre Talks About the Toughest Opponent of His Career
GSP has fought some of the toughest battles inside the UFC cage. However, he revealed the name of the fighter who gave him the hardest time inside the octagon.
It is none other than his old rival, Michael Bisping. “My toughest opponent was Michael Bisping and the guy that give me the toughest fight was BJ Penn in our first fight,” GSP told Fighters Only. (H/T GiveMeSport)
