Dana White has recently taken to Instagram to provide his followers an insight into how he had a near-death experience. The UFC boss was seen alongside Gary Brecka of 10x Health Systems. The duo shared the blood report of White’s bloodwork test and explained the situation that he was in.

Dana White posted this video on his Instagram account and the fans gave a warm response to him. He can be seen explaining his condition to the viewers. The duo explained that his triglyceride level reached a life-threatening level of 764. The UFC President had gotten to a point where he could have suffered from a risk of stroke or heart disease.

Fans and fighters react to Dana White’s experience

On seeing the post on Instagram, UFC fans and fighters presented with positive responses for UFC President. UFC Middleweight, Jared Cannonier said, “What would you say had your triglycerides so damn high?” The fighter seemingly was concerned about the situation and was curious to know more.

Apart from the fighters, The UFC President had positive words from others as well. Canadian Comedian Kyle Forgeard saw the news and story of White as an inspiration. So much so that he went on to comment, “Inspiring!!!

Vince Sant, the co-founder of V Shred, came to say positive words for the UFC Boss. He commented, “Mad props homie! The work put in is obvious!” One fan commented, “What did he do to change things?”

Dana White promotes a healthy culture

Dana White has often come out to promote a healthy culture. The pioneer of the UFC looks to make his fighters healthy before and after a fight. He also reported that he was the one to not let Jiri Prochazka fight for the title owing to a shoulder injury. The UFC boss also advised the other fighters to consult a doctor if they need a medical opinion and not opt for a gym member’s solution.
