The duo met in 2008, and surprisingly, they grew up in nearby towns. McGregor and Devlin also had many mutual friends. They met at a nightclub in Dublin, where Devlin was working at that time.

McGregor and Devlin are business associates, too. She is an associate of the ‘Mystic Mac’s’ management and promotional units and helps coordinate his schedule and sponsor appearances. 

“Every day, since I started in this game, she’s supported me. She’d drive me to the gym, and she’d listen to all my dreams,” McGregor shared with VIP Magazine in 2015, “Dee is a lifesaver for me. I wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t for her, and that’s for sure. I’m doing all of this for her.”
