Joe Rogan, who is a household name to the American audience and has a global footprint, is exposed to constant scrutiny due to the nature of his work. While he is omnipresent and juggles multiple professions, the fans sometimes overlook the family man he is. Besides being a famed podcaster and handling commentating duties for UFC, he is also a loving husband and caring father. The color commentator tries to shield his family from the public limelight. Likewise, Rogan didn’t shy away from admitting the influence his family brought on his life.

However, the JRE host also has a few additional members in his family, separated from the public consciousness. Notably, the 56-year-old has a half-sister named Bridget Rogan Carselda, who lives with his biological father, Joseph Rogan Sr. She burst into the headlines when she refuted Rogan’s comments about their father.

Joe Rogan’s half-sister Bridget Rogan: What does she do?

The comedian, who traces Irish and Italian roots, had a troubled childhood. At 5, his parents got separated, and he left his father’s home to live with his mother, Susan Lembo. Bridget Rogan is his sister from his biological father’s side of the family.

It wasn’t until she was 19 that she came to know about her elder half-brother. Following the revelation, she tried to establish contact with the TV presenter through the mail. But Rogan scorned the efforts.

In an interview, she recalled, “We looked him up on the computer and emailed him asking to meet, and explained that his father would also like to meet him.” Later on, she added, “Joe did respond, but not kindly. He referred to my father as a sperm donor. So my sister and I backed off and never emailed him again.”

Bridget Rogan earns her bread as a government worker and currently lives in North Arlington, New Jersey.

Controversy revolving Joe Rogan, his father, and Bridget Rogan

In one of JRE’s episodes, the MMA analyst claimed only memories he associated with his father had “brief, violent flashes of domestic violence”. In ep. #118, he said, “My real father was crazy. He was like a psychotic person who beat the f*ck out of my mother, he beat the f*ck out of my cousin.”

Bridget Rogan, who was shocked at the revelations, subsequently came to the aid of her father, as she slammed Rogan as a liar. In an interview with Daily Mail, she contended her father was the epitome of a wonderful father.

Thus, she stated, “My father has never been violent ever. That is why Joe Junior’s claims are such a shock to us. My father has never even raised his voice to us. He is the epitome of a wonderful father.” Hence, the relationship between the two has been strained ever since.

Joe Rogan Sr. appeared in a video by FightLife LLC. Not only did he deny the accusations levied against him but also announced his son had “no b*lls”. Thus, irked by the UFC personnel’s comments, he responded, “You [Joe Rogan] lied about me. Your father. If you lied about your father, what do you, will you give the world? Tired of it, Joe. I’ve had enough.”

Bridget Carselda also appeared in the same video, and she also vented her frustration. Moreover, she contended Rogan didn’t know his father, as he was separated from them from a young age. Lastly, she threatened to open Pandora’s box and claimed to have legal evidence backing their arguments.

Does Joe Rogan have another sibling?

Bridget Rogan has a twin sister, Rosa Rogan Lunelli, who is a professional hairstylist and makeup artist. This makes Lunelli another member of the JRE host’s family. As Carselda stood against the UFC color commentator and claimed that he lied about their father being abusive, Lunelli backed her twin in refuting Rogan’s claims.
