In a recent video on Ronda Rousey’s YouTube channel, she showed just how strong she really is. Ronda Rousey is an experienced MMA fighter and is also an expert in judo. Thus, it is not surprising to see her demolish other fighters. However, in this video, she was seen throwing her husband Travis Browne. Browne is much taller and heavier in comparison to Rousey and so, fans were awestruck.

Rousey was demonstrating a throw variation that she made up. The throw, she said, was especially useful in a situation where both fighters were trying to step in front of each other, which would eventually create a stalemate situation. But, Rousey’s variation helped her get out of such a situation in a previous match. Hence, she was happy to demonstrate it.

Explaining the story behind the throw, Rousey said, “This is my own Goshi that I made up. I remember I was at the Swedish open and it was one of the only few tournaments that was for money…. It was a thousand euros prize money and it was a really big deal with me. About thousand euros at the time was like the difference between getting evicted or not. And so I just pegged some girl with this.”

“No one got on it on video. I remember it though, and it happened. It was my first time doing it like this so it became my thing afterward.”

Rousey then explained how exactly the throw worked while lifting Browne. She then proceeded to throw him on the mat. Several fans thought that it was a pretty amazing move.

From Judo to MMA and later on wrestling, Rousey has done pretty much everything. She has flourished in each aspect of her combat sports career and so viewers would love to see her back doing her thing in the ring. Apart from being an athlete, Ronda Rousey has also appeared in movies like ‘Mile 22’, ‘Entourage’, ‘Fast & Furious 7’ and several more.

Apart from all of this, she also has a YouTube channel and website that documents several other aspects of her life that fans might otherwise have no clue about.
