Not too long ago, Themba Gorimbo won his first UFC fight, following which he mentioned his dire financial circumstances. Meanwhile, WWE superstar-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson shared a message for ‘The Answer’ on social media and promised to help him out. ‘The Rock’ recently paid a surprise visit to an emotional Gorimbo as fans shared their reactions to the moment on social media.

People know Dwayne Johnson to be a very busy individual. He hardly finds time to indulge in things for pleasure. However, his recent visit to Gorimbo’s MMA Masters gym in South Florida made for one of the most heartwarming moments ever.

‘The Rock’ recently shared a post on Instagram with a video clip. Themba Gorimbo was having an impromptu interview when the Hollywood A-lister was just behind the UFC fighter. When ‘The Answer’ saw him, he couldn’t stop but immediately hugged ‘The Rock’. Gorimbo was clearly emotional after meeting the ‘Fast and the Furious’ star.

Dwayne Johnson also shared a message for Gorimbo in his post as well. He mentioned that he had to meet Gorimbo in person since the latter’s life story moved and motivated him. Johnson wrote, “We’ve never met but I had to fly to Miami to look this man [Themba Gorimbo] the eyes, hug him and shake his hand. I’ve been moved & motivated by his story.”

Furthermore, ‘The Rock’ also mentioned that Themba Gorimbo sold his fight fear after his win over Takashi Sato. He received $7000 for it, but instead of finding a place to stay, ‘The Answer’ sent back the money to Zimbabwe. He did it so that the people back home could have clean water. Johnson added, “After the fight, he sold his fight gear (trunks & gloves) on line and made $7,000. Instead of using the money to find a place to live, he built a bush pump so his village back in Zimbabwe can have clean water.” Let us see what the fans had to say about the surprise visit.

The fans were happy to see Dwayne Johnson finally take some time to meet Themba Gorimbo. They praised him for having a good heart in addition to his big muscles. Moreover, the fans claimed that these kinds of gestures make ‘The Rock’ who he is.
