Kay Hansen has excellent timing on her entries, thus making her a threat when trying to maintain a healthy distance. Not to mention, she’s able to chain together smooth transitions once she starts opening up in the pocket. Hansen mirrors her idol Ronda Rousey in many ways, none more so her ability to chase limb destruction from a judo throw position.

Cory ‘The Hobbit’ McKenna boasts a 5-1 professional record and is making her debut in the biggest MMA organization. Cory’s fresh off a win on Dana White’s Contender Series, where she made her intentions clear to the UFC President. Not to mention, McKenna put together a high-level experience early into her career by fighting in Cage Warriors promotion.

McKenna sets up her offence off the back of a well-timed jab that opens up her strategy to chop away at the legs. The English fighter has high durability as well, thus allowing her to explore her options on the feet. Moreover, she’ll have to be mindful of the pace that Hansen keeps up in order to force a grappling exchange.

Prediction: Kay Hansen to claim a unanimous decision victory
