Krizo has developed muscles through his insane training routine and gained such high body mass with almost negligible body fat, which is almost impossible to achieve.

Krizo has caught the attention of former bodybuilders with his every move now making news. In fact, he has previously been backed by 4-time Mr. Olympia winner Jay Cutler. Cutler has previously talked about how Krizo can be a threat to everyone if he qualified for Mr. Olympia. Cutler said, “He is gonna be a big problem. He is 100% legit […] He has got a great package, he’s got the size, he’s got the width. That’s where he can be very dangerous for a lot of them”.
