“Training for 58 Years”: Bodybuilding Legend Lou Ferrigno Blows Up Sports World With His Ripped Body at 70

In a recent Instagram post shared by Lou Ferrigno, the retired professional bodybuilder shows off the results of his training. Prior to defending his Mr. Universe title in 1974, Ferrigno added an IFBB Mr. International triumph to his records. He also made his Mr. Olympia debut in 1974, finishing behind Arnold Schwarzenegger in the overall standings. In the post, the athlete shows off what is possible to achieve from constant effort and determination.
Recently, Ferrigno defied age by posting a photo on his Instagram feed demonstrating how his torso still resembles a washboard.

Lou Ferrigno is dedicated to staying fit
Despite having retired more than 20 years ago, Ferrigno still trains like a professional bodybuilder at the age of 70. In a current Facebook Live video, the actor explained that the only way he has been able to accomplish great results throughout his career is by working out every day and staying consistent with his diet and exercise routines.

In the 1977–1982 CBS live-action series “The Incredible Hulk,” and the 1990 television film “The Death of the Incredible Hulk,” Ferrigno played the title character. Even at 70, the actor is no less of a hulk as he flaunts his abs and shocks sports fans. “Proud to still be able to maintain my physique by staying dedicated at almost 71 years old,” states the actor.
Having a ripped body at 70 is not an easy feat. Netizens confirmed this in the comments with statements like “real-life superhero” and “still the hulk!”
