In the world of bodybuilding, seven-time Mr. Olympia winner Arnold Schwarzenegger needs no introduction. The legend is not only renowned for his supremacy in the field of bodybuilding throughout the 70s and 80s, but is also recognized for his involvement in the Hollywood scene. Since he was still relatively new to the nation, Arnold Schwarzenegger had a difficult beginning in Hollywood. After adjusting to his new surroundings, however, the legend showed that he is more than just a bodybuilding figure.
Being a legend also makes him a focus of interest, being a part of legendary movies like “Bigger”. Sadly, Calum Von Moger, who played the role of young Arnold Schwarzenegger in the movie, had a near-deadly accident while performing a stunt back in 2018.

That incident would have taken away his role to play young Arnold Schwarzenegger
Calum Von Moger had initially shared this footage of his injuries as an Instagram story. However, after almost three years of the incident, the YouTube channel World Bodybuilding Archive has reposted it. The Australian bodybuilder and internet sensation is seen rappelling over a cliff with his sibling. Visible on Von Moger are his black t-shirt, tight pants, and helmet with a GoPro attached. When he tried to balance on the precipice, he gripped the rope that was fastened to the mountain with all his might.
As soon as he was told to take a few steps down while clutching the rope, he yelled, “Oh s***” and fell fully off the platform. He pops his knee while falling, and it’s obvious from the video that he was hurt in the process of trying to pull off his stunt. Also, he yells, “My knee,” indicating that he was in severe discomfort.

Lesson for the bodybuilding star
Calum Von Moger had already torn his biceps while filming a video for Instagram with Chris Bumstead, a few months before his knee injury. It cost him dearly, as he couldn’t complete a barbell curl with 400 pounds of weight. When he had recovered from his string of injuries, the bodybuilder took his time getting back into proper shape.
