Ferrigno also held nothing back about his difficult journey. “I had to wake and work 12 to 14 hours a day sometimes and take off,” Ferrigno said. He also made a revelation that he spent most of his life in a motor home. A motor home is a large transport vehicle that is made for living. This shows that success has not been easy for Ferrigno.

Lou also made a surprising statement. “If my show was not successful, you would not see the superheroes today.” This statement holds weight because the success of The Incredible Hulk series encouraged other filmmakers to make more TV series and movies with superheroes. However, this statement cannot be entirely taken at face value as there were serials with superheroes before Hulk, such as the Batman serial in the 1940s.
