Is Neggy Shelton a victim of abnormal training?

She was carried to this point, by her trainer James Ayotte. However, he denied all responsibility. Failing to continue her routine she dropped a message to her trainer Ayotte, saying, “I’m very low energy, and sometimes I have dizziness,”. But Ayotte seemed to be strict enough to add more supplements to her diet. He continued to prescribe her substances for lean legs and an over-performing body. Her body finally reacted and gave up after a 2.30 hrs prolonged workout, coupled with constantly increasing supplements.

“No way on me and anything I’ve done”, maintains Ayotte. Although he doesn’t have a very good review from his ex-clients, the Team Atlas trainer denies any speculations. Ayotte created a portfolio of successful clients on social media, but soon, serious allegations started following him. He was accused of sexual harassment and asking for private pictures.

The bodybuilder’s brain damage is caused, “likely [by] diet, supplements, and extensive workouts“. This 36-year-old emerging bodybuilder, “was on this cocktail of all these other things that nobody in their right mind would ever put together.” Bodybuilders, who sacrifice mental and physical health for the sake of being in a competition, should learn from this. Using SARM and increasing the dosage of clenbuterol have led her to live on life support.
