Usain Bolt Cheers on Golden State Warriors in Game vs Dallas Mavericks

Apart from being an ardent soccer fan, Usain Bolt has also expressed his love for cricket. In fact, growing up, he was destined to be a fast bowler, but then his coach ushered him to try out athletics and, as the saying goes, the rest is history. Significantly, he became immortal during the 2016 Rio Olympics after winning three consecutive gold medals.

Now in retirement, a relaxed Bolt is enjoying the little things in life as he continues to pursue his interest in music and soccer. A passionate supporter of the great soccer club Manchester United, Bolt has another team that he keeps close to his heart. Recently, he posted a story on Instagram of him watching the NBA clash between the Warriors and the Dallas Mavericks.

Usain Bolt loves the Golden State Warriors

Bolt often attends some of the best sporting events in the world. He is also a huge Formula One fan, having attended several races in person. However, this time, from the comfort of his room, Bolt switched on to see the Warriors go head to head against the Dallas Mavericks. Despite his vociferous support, the Warriors ended up losing the match 82-99 to the Luka Doncic led Mavericks.

In another significant moment, the franchise’s greatest power forward of all time, Dirk Nowitzki, had his famous number 41 jersey hung up to the rafters. A truly memorable occasion for the incredible power forward who enjoyed a stunning career with the Mavericks.
