During one episode of Chase and digital media company Uninterrupted’s show, Kneading Dough, Vonn recites the difficulty of a skier. She told Maverick Carter, “If you are not in the top five or 10 in the world, you are struggling to not have to get a second job.”
Lindsey also discussed the gender gap in asking for pay equity, stating that it does not adequately account for the needs of female skiers. She revealed her thoughts about bringing women forward by saying, “Get women in ski racing more publicity and give them the push they need to make more money.”

Additionally, she explained to Carter that she does not enjoy being the best female but would like to be the best of all time without mentioning the word female. “I literally am not going to stop skiing until I reach that mark,” Vonn concluded.

Vonn has successfully broken all barriers and stereotypes associated with athletes. It is noteworthy that she won a whopping $264,000 prize in 2018 due to her talent. In kneading dough, she explained how her father’s advice on financial stability had helped her.
