Mikaela Shiffrin and her Norwegian boyfriend, Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, are the Alpine Skiing World’s dynamic power couple. However, along with asserting their dominance on the slopes, the couple also has a penchant for donning a good fashion sense and securing lucrative brand deals.

Along similar lines, in a bold clapback, Aleksander Aamodt Kilde secured a brand deal with a million-dollar fashion giant. And this rise in the fashion world comes after a moment in the recent past when the Norwegian hunk was shamed for his dressing sense.

In a story uploaded to Instagram by the two-time Olympic athlete Aleksander Kilde, he shared an exciting update with his 247K followers. Reposting a picture from Hublot, the Swiss luxury watchmaker, he struck a pose in a stylish green-grey bomber jacket, adorned with a luxurious platinum watch on his wrist. Aleksander Aamodt Kilde captioned the post, “So excited about this partnership, @hublot!!”

The post announced his partnership with the million-dollar brand, which was proud to have him on board after a record-breaking season in 2022–23 and as he continues his trajectory in the 2023–2024 season after his recent win in the men’s downhill on the Saslong track at Val Gardena. This exciting update by Kilde and Hublot also comes as a redemption moment for the downhill and super-G maestro, after just months ago he faced the fashion police.

Aleksander Aamodt Kilde garnered scrutiny for his bold style

Earlier in July 2023, Mikaela Shiffrin and Aleksander Aamodt Kilde attended The Players’ Tribune’s annual Players’ Night Out event. The party was a mixer for big names in the sporting world. History maker Mikaela Shiffrin donned a sequined skirt and top coat set, while Kilde rocked a comfortable half-sleeved vest and black shorts and sneakers.
