It’s human nature to take a long relaxing vacation with the people you cherish after a long arduous stint at work. The same goes for Olympic champions and skiing legends like Lindsey Vonn. An iconic alpine skier, Vonn retired in 2019 with 82 World Cup wins, three Olympic medals, and 8 World Championship medals.

The champion has kept herself busy even in retirement, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know how to vacation. And her vacation partners are her three furry friends, her dogs!

Vonn’s retirement resulted from the countless injuries that left her unable to compete, her knees no longer strong enough to sustain further damage. But Vonn has simply switched gears, turning to the business world to concentrate her passion.

Even highly professional athletes like Vonn need some off time. Recently, Vonn posted pictures on her Instagram where we can see her and her three dogs relaxing in a private jet. She captioned the post, “Scooped up the pups so we could all be together for some much needed days off. Nothing I wouldn’t do for these fur balls #family thx for the help @textronaviation 🙏🏻”.
