Is Hanyu retiring?

Finishing fourth in the Winter Olympics is something, fans never expected from Hanyu. But, he left the world to notice his outstanding skills in the ice rink. According to the Japan Times, Hanyu might retire soon after an illustrious career.

“There are things I’ve yet to take a clear stand upon, and that includes my future. I will take everything into consideration in my decision about the worlds,” said Hanyu.

The quality of his figure skating performances is there for everyone to see. Although the World Championships are coming after this, this might be Hanyu’s last Olympic appearance. What a career he has had to date.
