The athlete stated how much effort and dedication was required to maintain his perfect physique, which people have widely recognized him for.

Furthermore, the retired IFBB Pro also discussed how his entire day is molded around eating food. “ I eat, pretty much, 24 hours a day. I eat around seven meals, and I eat protein-carbohydrate combos.” He added, “I eat every 2 ½ hours. It takes me about 45 minutes to eat each meal, and it takes 15 to 20 minutes of prepping time.

Being extremely careful about what he consumes, people know Cutler for being a nutrition perfectionist. In the interview, he shared his diet chart with his fans.

“I eat almost a pound of meat or fish every meal. I eat a pound of potatoes or rice every meal, and I eat between 4,000 and 6,000 calories per day,” the 49-year-old said, “I’m training four times a day, and I sleep 6 to 8 hours. So, if you calculate the time of the day together, there’s really not much else going on in my life.”

In conclusion, Cutler has appeared on the covers of fitness publications like Muscle and Fitness, Flex, and Muscular Development during his career. Since 2013, he hasn’t participated in competitions. Instead, he’s concentrated on building the brand Cutler Nutrition, his line of bodybuilding supplements.
