The man who beat Arnold doesn’t plan to stop
The 80-year-old bodybuilder made it to the headlines by releasing some great workout videos last year. He recently claimed that he would continue to train for the next 40-50 years.

Frank Zane said, “I will do it for as long as I possibly can. I’m 80 now, and I’ll probably do it until I’m 120 or 130.” Zane also revealed that he works out six times a week. He said he doesn’t fall sick often and keeps a positive mindset.

When Frank Zane defeated Arnold Schwarzenegger
Zane is one of the few who have won all major bodybuilding titles, including Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe. Frank became more popular when he won the Mr. Universe title while competing against Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Arnold Schwarzenegger lost the Mr. Universe title to Frank Zane in 1968. Zane had a more diminutive stature than the bodybuilding giant Arnold Schwarzenegger. Arnold Schwarzenegger stood five inches taller than Zane and had a much bulkier body than him.

After losing to him, Arnold Schwarzenegger commented, “I just got beat by a chicken with 17-inch arms,”.
