74-Year-Old Arnold Schwarzenegger Makes a Shocking Claim About His Current Workout Routine

Arnold Schwarzenegger has always been an enigma for people to comprehend. Everyone is curious to know how he can ditch age, time, and other phenomena and be as young as ever, even at 74. Although his love of fitness is well known to everyone, what drives him is still a mystery. Perhaps at this point, the bodybuilding legend is working on autopilot, and being fit is ingrained in every cell of his body.

However, the question is, how much time does Arnold give to exercise at 74? Obviously, it can’t be like his younger days, nevertheless, to maintain the shape he is in definitely requires some effort.

How many hours Arnold Schwarzenegger gives to exercise?

According to a report, the bodybuilding legend and former governor of California work out for 1.5 hours every day. His training regimen includes both weight lifting and circuit training. Though he admits, “Now I workout to maintain as much as I can as I get older. But the important thing is that I always have done it regularly.”

After claiming seven Mr. Olympia and five Mr. Universe titles, perhaps the world thought Arnold Schwarzenegger was done with bodybuilding. However, being an action superstar meant he would always have to be in shape. Subsequently, his obsession with health and wellness is what drives him to still be the best version of himself.

Undoubtedly, Arnold has been one of the most prolific and popular bodybuilders for many years. Hence, it only makes sense that he would know the entire process to the core. He said, “There are millions of moves that you can make, millions of exercises. If you want to gain weight, if you want to lose weight, if you want to sustain, if you want to get more energy, whatever it is, you can sculpt and make adjustments.”

According to the Austrian Oak, bodybuilding is similar to chess in a way. You have millions of possibilities, but to make it work, you’ll have to play the moves in the right order.
