This time, when asked about how to get rid of belly fat effectively, Arnold replied, “Whenever you eat fattening foods, the first place it goes is the stomach.” He adds, “But when you go on a diet, the first place that it leaves is the stomach.”

Sharing his secret mantra, Arnold further added, “The way you do it is burning more calories every day than you eat.” The legend goes on to share that the key to weight loss is choosing a diet that works for you.

Schwarzenegger is going to appear in the Netflix Orginal “UTAP.” The announcement was officially made in 2020. This would be the first time that Arnold will associate with Netflix. It’s going to be his Netflix Original series debut.
