Arnold Schwarzenegger migrated to America with nothing but dreams. Overcoming one obstacle after another, the Terminator star soon reached the heights that only a few could achieve. From owning a pet donkey to a military tank to dozens of luxury cars, he knows how to live in style. Following papa Schwarzenegger’s footsteps, his daughter and son-in-law have quite a few non-essential indulgences too!

It seems that it is not just the Austrian Oak from the Schwarzenegger household who has a taste for luxury. Even his eldest daughter Kathrine impressed the fans when she moved into her 15.6 million dollar mansion in 2021.

After almost two years of renovating the property, as per Hola! news update, the couple and their daughter finally moved into their $ 15.6 million mansion in January 2021. The lavish 10,000 sq ft property has five spacious bedrooms, six bathrooms, an infinity pool, a wine cellar, a home gym, and a big garage. Pratt bought the property in an off-market deal in 2018.

Fans occasionally got a tidbit of the lavish property in the couple’s occasional updates on social media posts. Interestingly, Schwarzenegger Sr. also owned a lavish property in Pacific Palisades. Shifting to America at the mere age of 21, Arnie had just $27,000. Turning the wheels of fortune, he worked hard to climb the success ladder.

The wise decisions that helped Arnold Schwarzenegger

The Austrian Oak may be one of the biggest movie stars of all time, but it was not the earnings from his movies that helped him bag his first million. As it turns out, Schwarzenegger’s bird’s eye approach to property investments enabled him in the long run. Sharing his investment ideas, back in 2017, he told CNBC how he benefitted from the “Buildings that I would buy for $500K within the year were $800K, and I put only maybe $100K down, so you made 300% on your money.”

His Pacific Palisades mansion has been his family home since 1986. He stayed with Maria and his children until they decided to call it quits. The lavish property was eventually sold to Max and Vicki Kennedy for $12.9 million in 2013. For those unversed, Pacific Palisades has been a celebrity residential hotspot for over a decade now.
