Arnold Schwarzenegger needs no formal introduction. A man of versatile talent, The Austrian Oak has ruled people’s hearts like no other. But he is not the only one from the Schwarzenegger household who has earned a fan following. His daughters, Katherine and Christina, are too carrying the family legacy forward. Getting acclaimed for their work for the greater good, the two sisters recently sat down for a live interaction.
Giving a sneak peek into their daily life, the Schwarzenegger ladies revealed shared sibling experiences while growing up together. What can be understood from a distance is that having an age difference of just 19 months contributed to a lot of silly sibling rivalry. Christina, as Katherine revealed, was very particular about their age difference. Born 19 months apart, the childhood days were easy for the two. They had fun growing up and shared a close bond. Reflecting on the same, Katherine adds, “In school, we were one grade apart, and growing up when we were younger, that was like very easy.”

However, in school, things were a little tricky. As Katherine quotes, “In high school, we wanted our own friends.” Nodding in agreement, Christina chirps to point out how eager they were to mark out their individuality. As it had its ups and downs, nonetheless, it was necessary because that helped them to grow up as an individual.

However, the two girls have never fallen apart, regardless of the situation. Inspired by her bond with Christina, Katherine earlier expressed the same for her own daughters. Katherine beautifully summarised her bond with Christina in her new book, Good Night, Sister. Scheduled to release on 7th February, the fans are eagerly waiting for it. While Katherine has found her passion in writing, Christina finds her interest in direction. Walking on different career paths, it’s needless to say that the two sisters are making their paternal family proud.
Unlike her elder sister Katherine, Christina likes to keep it low-key
While Katherine remains active on social media, her younger sister has an on-and-off affair with it. Preferring to keep it down, young Christina loves to live a life away from stress. Opening up about her not-so-brief hiatus from Instagram, she remarks, “I honestly found it a bit stressful for myself, and I thought it would just be nice to take a break for a second.”

As it turned out, her short break turned into a three-year-long break. Recently, she joined back to promote her new Netflix documentary, Take Your Pills: Xanax. For the said documentary, she collaborated with her mother, Maria Shriver.
