Helen Maroulis is a freestyle wrestler who won the gold at the 2015 World Wrestling Championships in Las Vegas and the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico. However, her achievements garnered attention in 2016 at the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
