Arnold and cigars are inseparable. He gave his penchant for cigars a renewed twist by conducting important meetings with legislators and not giving up on smoking. The critical thing to note here is the capitol building is a no-smoking zone. Then how did he make it possible?

As per a special coverage by the Holt’s Clubhouse in 2022, the then-governor of California fulfilled his responsibilities without distancing himself from his cigars. Schwarzenegger made a tent his de facto office. He became the first person to conduct important meetings in a smoking tent.

Furthermore, the meeting comprised legislators who despised smoking. Unlike the conventional meeting space, the tent had a humidor, bowls of peanuts to snack on, bottled water, and an ashtray with cigar butts. Does it sound outrageous? But coming from the Governator, it is not surprising.

Besides, he has a history of converting non-smokers to smokers, as happened on the sets of the Predator movie.
