Arnold Schwarzenegger on Ramy’s future

Well, Jay Cutler isn’t the only senior who believes Ramy can still make a comeback. Legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger thinks so too. According to Schwarzenegger, all Ramy needs to do is cut down on the extra weight, tone his calves and work on his poses. Perfecting these three things can get him the title back.

He shared that Ramy should keep in mind symmetry and aesthetics, too. He shouldn’t just focus on getting bigger. “Big Ramy… could have won again. I mean all he had to do was just stay the same way he was… Decrease his waist by one inch and increase his calves by one inch. That’s all he had to do all year long and he would have won again,” added the 7x Mr. Olympia in an interview with Nick’s Strength and Power host.
