

The 9th Annual Arnold Schwarzenegger-Westime Charity Night took place on October 8th in the presence of Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. This event is conducted every year to benefit the After-School All-Stars. The charity aims to provide after-school programs to keep children safe during their school life. Not only schools, but also they provide help to other communities throughout the United States.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is a retired IFBB professional bodybuilder. Schwarzenegger is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, having won seven Mr. Olympias. Originally from Austria, it was really hard for Schwarzenegger to sustain himself in America. But he did succeed in the end. He is also a reputed Hollywood actor. He was the 38th governor of California between 2003 and 2011.

Arnold Schwarzenegger raises funds for charity
While the host of the event was Arnold Schwarzenegger himself, it was a night of kindness. The event was held on October 8th at the house of the ASAS Founder and Honorary Board Chair. ASAS stands for After-School All-Stars.

A total of $5.8 million was raised by the school programs. Over $20 million has been raised in total as a result of this event. This is a huge success for Arnold Schwarzenegger, the founder of ASAS.

One of the greatest and most thrilling fundraising events of the evening was the live auction. During the auction, a lot of famous original paintings were sold.

All this wouldn’t have been possible without the presence of Arnold Schwarzenegger and other respected entities of the event. Schwarzenegger founded ASAS in the year 1992. He has always been supportive of kids who have no plans after school and has guided them to a proper future.

His father worked as a police chief while his mother was a homemaker. Arnold took interest in bodybuilding when his soccer coach took him to the local gym.
