Bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger and American action superstar Sylvester Stallone have a long fuming rivalry. The situation was so intense that Stallone even admitted at one point that he wanted to strangle Schwarzenegger. However, their rivalry is also the reason they pushed themselves to be to be the best versions of themselves. Hence, going by their physique, it’s hard to believe they are 70+ years old.

In the 1980s, Hollywood flooded with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone movies. It was like a race for being the best action superstar in the industry. As a matter of fact, Arnold once tricked Stallone into signing a lousy script. However, now when they look back, those memories are a reason to laugh about. Furthermore, irrespective of the competition, both have separate identities as legendary actors in the industry today.

Arnold Schwarzenegger vs Sylvester Stallone biceps size

At 70+, Arnold and Stallone have a physique that can make a 20-year-old feel jealous about their bodies. Though the comparison here is between the two and it’s hard to find who wins. However, talking about their biceps size, according to Celebwiki 24*7, Arnold has a biceps size of 18 inches, while Stallone’s biceps size is 17½ inches.

There is a slight half inch difference between the two. But since Arnold is known as a bodybuilding legend, perhaps a little edge is acceptable.

Also, Stallone makes up for that difference in his chest size (49), which is an inch more than Arnold’s chest size (48).

Terminator tricked Rocky into signing a flop film

At the peak of their rivalry, when Arnold got the script for ‘Stop or My Mom Will Shoot’, he knew it was a terrible film to sign. However, he pretended to hype up the script thereby tricking Stallone into signing the movie. He said to Stallone on the phone, “I was thinking about doing it. This is a very brilliant idea.”

Well, that’s the rivalry between the two legends in a nutshell. Arnold and Stallone both had their moments of hatred as well as moments of respect for each other. Though what matters is that eventually both of them made it big in Hollywood.
