“Every once in a while I’ll do barbell presses, and I hate ’em. And the minute I start hurting, I stop,” Heath said and continued, “It reminds me that I’m not doing them for a reason. I have to be smart.”

“I take detours from the norm here and there, and I think I’ve been successful doing it,” Heath said and continued, “I’ve built one of the best backs in bodybuilding without doing deadlifts.”

His first day starts with leg training, while day 2 is dedicated to building his chest. Day 3 is the reason he has one of the best backs in bodybuilding. On day 4, he trains his shoulders; day 5 ends the training cycle with arms. Heath also has a rest day that is on the sixth day, and he has been following this routine for a long time now.
