An impromptu gym spotter appeared from nowhere

The video begins with Rob attempting to lift a heavy barbell during a bench press exercise. However, the weight seems a little heavier than he could handle. Despite his best efforts, he struggled to balance the weight and complete the rep. His friend and spotter Tate Williams could be seen standing beside him and motivating him to keep pushing.
