With the Arnold Classic 2023 approaching, Ramon Dino is leaving no stone unturned. In a recent 2023 post on social media, Dino gave a glimpse of his amazing arm muscles. In this post, Dino spoke about his arm pump.  

Dino posted this post on his Instagram handle on 21st Jan 2023. Along with this post, Dino also displayed his other body parts such as his back, legs and side chest in other Instagram posts. These posts show the bodybuilding champion’s physique before Arnold Classic 2023.   

Ramon Dino shares a glimpse of his physique that stunned fans 

The Instagram post shared on 21st January 2023 shows Dino wearing an Oficial Farma vest. Oficial Farma is Dono’s endorsement partner whom Dino has also tagged in the post. Dino wore a black cap with the word ‘Yankees’ written on it. Dino captioned the post, “Arm’s pump whit my bro…” The post shows Dino’s large biceps which are enough to leave fans awe-struck. 

Along with this, Dino posted a short video clip on Instagram showing his amazing back muscles on 13th January 2023. The muscles looked strong and well-developed.

In this post, Dino also does the side chest pose which shows how hard he has worked to build such a marvellous physique. Needless to say, the Olympia 2022 runner-up who gave Chris Bumstead tough competition will be a strong competitor for Arnold Classic 2023 as well.

Before these posts, on January 11, 2023, Dino also shared another post of his physique with fans. In this post, Dino gave a glimpse of his lower body. 

The post shows how Dino’s quads are in perfect shape. It also shows the veins on his legs when he poses which reflects his tremendous workouts. Dino is however not the only one who is building a wonderful physique. Another bodybuilding champion, Nick Walker is also doing the same and showed his fans a glimpse of his stunning physique.

Nick Walker’s jaw-dropping display of physique 

On his Instagram handle, Walker shared a glimpse of his quads training with fans. Showing Herculean strength, Walker did a squat while simultaneously lifting a dumbbell. 

Fans were left shocked by Walker’s unbelievable physical strength and dedication to training. Calling Walker, “next level”,  Fans indicated how Walker was gunning for his second Arnold Classic title. While Walker won the Arnold Classic title in 2021, Ramon Dino had come second in Arnold Classic 2022.
