Bodybuilding fans are counting the days to witness the sport’s second biggest event, The Arnold Classic. Where all eyes are on the performers and guessing who will win, the 7X Mr. O, Phil Heath, has stolen the show with his latest Instagram post. He was supposed to showcase a posing routine as a guest on the stage. But speculations are there that the 7-time Mr. Olympia would make a comeback this year.

Evidently, Heath got the limelight by posting one of the craziest workout updates on his Instagram. In a recent video, The Gift was looking massive while crushing a draining exercise. Indeed this post made fans go bonkers, and they started predicting his probable return. But will he be back again?

After dabbling with the Men’s Open in the 2000s and 2010s, The Gift set out for the coveted Olympia stage. Known for his muscle density and pumped-up physique, Heath is a beast of height 5’9″, 54″ massive chest, 23″ arm, and 29″ waist. With his arms-bigger-than-legs frame, the pro has reigned on the stage of Mr. Olympia for seven years in a row. 2011 was the year when Heath conquered his maiden Sandow Trophy edging out big names like Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson, the late Shawn Rhoden, and rival Kai Greene.

Although he has not been competing for a while, the legend’s spirit remained uncrushed. Recently, The Gift posted a video on his Instagram with the caption, “Finishing Monday Strong 💪🏽”. He was doing some bicep curls while looking into the mirror. The former Mr. O was looking massive with visible cuts and well-defined arms. After seeing the fitness icon like this, his fans started pleading for a comeback.

With his meticulous structure and worked-out physique, Heath definitely has the ability to steal the show and make prominence. His recent update made his fans jump out of their chair and start guessing about his next move. His followers penned their thoughts while typing –
