The game is always different for Ronnie Coleman

Over the course of time, bodybuilding has grown into a grand sport. From Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lee Haney to Chris Bumstead, the sport has given us many stars over various generations. When asked about who came close to being the current generation’s Ronnie Coleman, the icon refused to choose. His logic was simple, bodybuilders across generations were different. Therefore, he could not compare any of them to himself.

Ronnie added that each generation possessed at least one best bodybuilder. Therefore, it was unfair to compare them with one another. He gave an analogy for his reasoning, “It’s like trying to compare Montana to Brady. They were both the best of their era but the game is always different from generation to generation”. He added that he considered Arnold, Haney, and himself the best of their respective generations. However, one couldn’t compare the three with each other.
