A recent viral video on LADBible featured Schneider lifting heavy weights while sitting in a wheelchair. The champion powered through the lifts as he got constant encouragement from his personal trainer.

Suffering from a congenital condition called AMC, Schneider is now a wheelchair athlete performing lifts and pumping them up just like any other bodybuilder. Here’s taking a look at the popular video.

David Schneider was born with a severe disability that affects his mobility. Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC) is a condition where multiple joints in the body stiffen to the point of little to no movement of the joints. This means that the person suffering from this condition is unable to fully or partially extend or bend their limbs.

Schneider was given no hope by doctors with regard to his mobility. Yet, the champion persevered and aimed to build his body. Within a year of his diagnosis, he was on the road to becoming a bodybuilder! Despite having a limited range of motion, Schneider still managed to perform various exercises.

But he pushed to complete five reps before handing the weights back to his trainer. With this stint, Schneider is now the source of inspiration for many specially-abled bodybuilders.
