Katherine has three siblings – Christina, Patrick, and Christopher Schwarzenegger. In November 2010, during the release of her book, the eldest Schwarzenegger mentioned how the book was helpful to young women. She stressed that women shouldn’t feel alone on their journey of self-love. She could relate to the struggles since she went through them too. The author exclaimed, I want them to know they’re not alone. I felt alone.”

Despite this feeling, Katherine has always been close to her siblings. Her relationship with her younger sister, Christina is especially popular. Both sisters have a small age gap and therefore grew up almost like twins. Although their personalities clashed – Katherine was more composed and responsible while Christina was more energetic. Yet they embraced their differences and strengthened their bond.
